What we fix onwashers.
The fault is diagnosed and explained before any repair goes ahead.
Leak diagnosis and repair
Trace the leak to the door boot, a hose, a coupling or the drain pump, then repair it.
Drain pump replacement
Check the pump filter and drain hose first, then test and replace the pump if it has failed.
Spin and agitation faults
Test the drive motor, belt, coupling and switches when the drum will not spin or agitate.
Door lock and lid switch repair
Test the lock or switch that tells the washer it is safe to fill and spin.
Door boot and seal replacement
Replace a torn or worn door boot that lets water out at the front of the machine.
Error code diagnosis
Read the code, then test the part it points to rather than replacing parts on the code alone.
We find the part behind the leak, the drain fault or the code.

Leak traced. Part confirmed.
Front-load and top-load washers are both serviced. The leak or fault is traced to its source before any part is replaced.
Some models let you clear the pump filter yourself. If that does not fix a drain fault, the pump and hose are tested next.

Before the work begins
No. Stop using it and, if you can, turn off the water supply valves behind the machine until it has been checked. Repeated leaks can damage the floor underneath.
