What we fix onice makers.

The fault is diagnosed and explained before any repair goes ahead.

  • No ice or slow production

Check the water supply, filter and fill path before looking at the ice maker module.

  • Small or hollow cubes

Trace low water flow to supply pressure, a clogged filter or a failing inlet valve.

  • Water inlet valve replacement

Test the valve that lets water into the appliance and replace it if it sticks, leaks or will not open.

  • Frozen fill line repair

Clear a frozen fill tube and look for the reason it froze.

  • Ice maker module replacement

Replace the module once the water supply and fill path have been ruled out.

  • Leak diagnosis

Trace water near the ice bin or under the fridge to the fill tube, valve or supply line.

We follow the water from the supply lineto the ice tray.

Supply checked. Then the module.

An ice maker can only make what it is given, so the water supply and inlet valve are checked before the module itself.

Sub-Zero and other built-in ice makers are serviced along with refrigerator ice makers and stand-alone units.

Before the work begins

Small or hollow cubes usually mean the unit is not getting enough water, from low supply pressure, a clogged filter, or a failing inlet valve.
