What we fix ondishwashers.

The fault is diagnosed and explained before any repair goes ahead.

  • Leaks under the door or cabinet

Trace water to the door gasket, the inlet valve, a hose connection or the pump.

  • Not draining

Check the filter, sump and drain hose, then test the drain pump.

  • Poor cleaning results

Check the filter, spray arms and wash pump, and look for hard-water scale.

  • Water inlet valve replacement

Test the valve that lets water into the appliance and replace it if it sticks, leaks or will not open.

  • Wash and drain pump repair

Test the wash and drain pumps and replace the one that has failed.

  • Control and sensor faults

Test the control board and sensors when the dishwasher stops partway or will not start.

We check the filter, the pumps and the valvebefore replacing anything.

Simple causes ruled out first.

Built-in dishwashers, including Kenmore, are diagnosed from the simplest cause up: filter and drain path first, then valves, pumps and controls.

Hard-water scale can build up on spray arms and in the sump, so it is checked for during the repair.

Before the work begins

Stop running it and dry the area. If water reached under the cabinet, leave the toe kick open so it can air out, and book a repair before the next load.
