Our approach

Test first

Find the failed part before replacing anything.

See our method

What we fix onrefrigerators.

The fault is diagnosed and explained before any repair goes ahead.

  • Warm or uneven cooling

Check temperatures in both sections and trace why cold air is not reaching where it should.

  • Freezer frost build-up

Find out whether frost is forming because of the defrost circuit, a door seal or airflow.

  • Compressor and fan checks

Test the compressor, condenser fan and evaporator fan to confirm which part has stopped working.

  • Defrost system repair

Test the defrost heater, timer or control and its sensor, then replace the part that failed.

  • Thermostat and control boards

Check the thermostats, sensors and control boards that tell the cooling system when to run.

  • Door seal replacement

Replace worn or torn gaskets that let warm air in and cause frost or warm spots.

We test the cooling system, find the failed part, and replace only that.

Diagnosed first. Then repaired.

Most cooling faults show up the same way, so the fans, defrost circuit and controls are tested before any part is ordered.

You get the diagnosis and the repair cost first, so you can decide before any work is done.

Before the work begins

Often the cold air from the freezer is not reaching the fresh-food section, which can point to frost blocking the vents, a fan or damper failure, or a defrost problem. A technician confirms which before replacing parts.
